Hmm, seeing how you like doing gym sightings, how about this for a scene. A black shire draft horse ( On the lean side, hooved, white feathering around the ankles and wrists, black hands, white dipped muzzle, blue eyes, black mane / tail ) is coming into the gym for the first time, looking around he finds a heavy set bull taking a break... looks strong but still chubby. Maybe working to get rid of the weight... or maybe to tone it to catch chasers like certain shires! The bull would be brownish, somewhat plain in coloration, with a nice tailtuft.
